(8.) In the case of any raw opium other than Indian opium certified for the China mar- ket the Superintendent may before issuing a permit make it a condition of such permt that the raw opium in question is to be placed in a General or Licensed Ware- house.

(4.) In the case of raw opium certified for the China market the Superintendent may before issuing a permit demaud the pro- duction of the certificate covoring such opium.

13. The master, owner or agent of any ship by Duties

(7) by the addition at the sud of section 59 of the

following sub-section :--

"(9.) Where an agent or servant of the Fartner is appointed the Governor may require the Farmer to give security for the good boha- viour and integrity of such servant or agent."

(m) in section 67 (1) and also in sections 68 (1) and 69 by the insertion in each case after the words "any Police" of the word “Revenue”.

(n.) in section 78 (1) thereof by the deletion of the proviso and the substitution therefor of the follow- ing proviso provided that opium other than raw opinn be not sold within the Colony, except to the Opium Farmer, during the currency of the farm existing at the time of ench forfeiture, and provided further that raw opium be not sold within the Colony except for export therefrom or except to the Opium Farmer, during the currency of the farmı existing at the time of such forfeiture.

(e.) in section 85 thereof by the deletion of the word and figure "section 77" and by the substitution therefor of the words and figures "sections 36, 37 and 77".

(p.) in Schedule A by the repeal of Forms Nos. 2, 3,

4 and 5, and by the substitution therefor of the following forms :----
